Quiet your mind. Sleep, soothe, focus.
Quiet Pulse is a wearable forehead band that delivers gentle TENS micro-pulses to the trigeminal area calming the nervous system in fifteen minutes a day. For better sleep, lighter headaches, and a quieter, sharper focus.
A whisper to the trigeminal nerve.
The trigeminal nerve is the largest sensory pathway in the face. By delivering low-level TENS micro-pulses across the forehead, Quiet Pulse interrupts pain signals and triggers the parasympathetic response the body's natural "stand down."
The science
Blocks pain transmission at the trigeminal gateway.
Calms tension and anxiety by shifting the nervous system into rest mode.
Improves sleep onset so you fall asleep and stay asleep.
From Overstimulated To Relaxed
Long stressful evenings don’t have to end the same way anymore.
Quiet, for so many.
Quiet Pulse is designed for people who want to unwind mentally, relax more deeply and create a calmer evening routine without complicated rituals or sleep aids.

Before you decide.
Is it safe?
Yes. Quiet Pulse uses low-level TENS — the same gentle electrical stimulation used in physiotherapy. There is no heat, no medication, and no known long-term side effects when used as directed.
What does it feel like?
A soft, warm, tingling sensation across the forehead. Most people describe it as calming within the first minute. You can adjust the intensity with the front buttons.
How often should I use it?
Fifteen minutes a day is the recommended baseline. Many users do one evening session for sleep and a shorter session before deep work or after a long screen day.
Who shouldn't use it?
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have broken skin on the forehead, please consult a doctor before use.
How long does the battery last?
About 20 sessions of fifteen minutes per full charge — roughly a week of nightly use. A full charge takes 1–2 hours over USB.
Tonight could be a quieter night.
